In surgery - Zoom Advance - A revolutionary technique where the bleaching gel is applied onto the teeth in the surgery and activated by a special light. It takes approximately 1 hour and the teeth are lightened by up to 10 shades using this method. This is a new American system that has been recommended by some of the top cosmetic dentists in USA and is the system used in the TV programe 'Extreme Makeover'.

At home - A special plastic tray containing the bleach gel is worn at night for approximately 2-4 weeks. The teeth are whitened up to 5 shades with this method. This is a more gradual whitening process than the one above, and if used regularly, with adequate intervals, can reveal a whiteness equalling that of Zoom.

Please note that all whitening procedures work to different extents in different individuals. Not everyone will whiten as quickly as others.
